What materials do you print with?
We welcome requests for PLA/PLA+, PET, PETG, and other materials. PET and PETG are different materials; please specify the exact grade if you have one in mind. Availability and our ability to produce your particular part are confirmed case by case, not guaranteed by this list. We do not offer certified safety-critical, medical, or food-contact parts.
How fast can I get my stuff?
Filament pickup is by appointment in Keaʻau. We’ll confirm availability and a pickup time with you. For custom prints, we quote turnaround before printing.
Do you ship?
Pickup in Keaʻau is the standard. If you need a print sent elsewhere on island, mention it in your request and we’ll see what’s possible.

Can you design something from scratch?
Ask us. Send a sketch, photo, or description with approximate dimensions and how the part will be used. We’ll review feasibility and confirm any design work, cost, and fit checks in your quote.
How do I pay?
We’ll confirm payment arrangements with your quote or filament reservation. Online checkout is not available yet.
